First 911 calls from Trump assassination attempt in Pennsylvania released
The first 911 calls from the assassination attempt on former President Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania were released publicly on Wednesday.
Multiple news outlets, including NBC News, had sued Butler County, Pennsylvania, for release of the audio of the 911 calls.
“We’re at the Trump assembly and there’s a guy shooting,” said one female caller “He’s been shooting up the place.”
“Gunshots at the Trump rally,” another female caller said.
“Yep,” the 911 dispatcher replied. “The police are on the way there.”
The caller responded, saying, “Better get over here quick.”
