Been a rough day…
New Baker Freaked me out for the following reasons…

Never stated they were a new baker (I only found out b/c of a post they made in the bread about not being familiar with the "handshake" to handoff… What new baker has not wittnessed 1000 handoffs and knows how that shit goes down?

Every new Baker I have ever spotted (maybe 4 or 5) is completely played out after their 1st bake, adrenaline, stress, etc - they immediately hand off… You baked 4 breads like it was nothing

I felt so uneasy about the initial handoff that I asked a fellow Baker who stepped up as backup to meet me in the baker lounge - I just wanted to make sure everything went ok…
Turns out that was my good friend who is oldschool and does not namefag, etc. <3 Much love bro
Nothing felt right about the situation and now you turn up to bake almost a month later for only your second bake? That freaks out regular people
