All these terms have been used against mankind since the times of Jesus Christ, which is why even though he said Salvation is from the Jews yet he called them fake Jews and the synagogue of Satan. When terms are understood properly, then the world will turn away from supporting the evil that uses these terms to our detriment and their welfare.
