Many years ago anon was severely depressed and doing drugs and contemplating suicide. Not sure how it happened, but somehow in the throws of my depression, I was able to speak to Lisa Whelchel online. She immediately sent my a handwritten letter praying for me and inviting me to accept Jesus, and that she wanted me to live so that we could see each other in Heaven.
I couldn't believe it that she took that time for me and my stupid depressing bullshit.
However, I did recover from using drugs; and I have always remembered what she did for me with that little bit of attention.
She is indeed perhaps one of the most beautiful people in this world, and I only wish that I could tell her how much I appreciated those words in person.
