The guy in the right-hand pic looks pretty tall, even though it's an Asian that he's next to. So in the left hand pic, if he's the same guy, the taller guy to his left must be really tall.
I think he explained it right after, the idea of letting Mueller go to Russia to show the guilt of those 12 guys, but then Russia would be able to send people to the USA to go after Americans, like for example … Mueller!?
