Vance refusing to use their language of "Enemy" was brilliant. Wish he went a little further to explain to their viewers what "enemy" means legally for them.

Once DJT invokes the Alien Enemies Act and Congress affirms it, any person aiding illegals gets arrested and tried for Treason.

>>21846755 I think we are talking past each other.

DJT can invoke the Act but Congress has to approve it at their earliest opportunity. DJT can still act on it before Congress affirms. An Enemy is defined by Congress declaring war. Declaring war also means invasion/rebellion/insurrection.

Once formally declared, anyone aiding gets picked up by Military and held until it is resolved then tried in civilian courts for treason.

This case was about a Congress member aiding the rebellion but was later corrected in Ex Parte Milligan to say Military cannot hold the trial. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ex_parte_Vallandigham

passing the act doesn't give a President the power to use military force without Congress approval. You are being narrow minded anon. Congress passed the law in 1798 but it could never change the Constitution and give the executive branch powers granted to the legislative.

The Alien Enemies Act includes invasion/rebellion/insurrection. These are all acts of war against the Country.

Your mindset suggests because in 1798 Congress gave power to the Presidents for eternity to use war powers. You have done no research on this. Read these civil war era cases and listen to Kavanuagh's confirmation hearing exchange with Lindsey Graham and you will learn a general concept of when Military can be used against civilians and how it comes to be

with all due respect anon, you are conflating many legal concepts into 1. The President always has the power to act in an emergency but Congress does have to vote on war. Declaration of war doesn't only mean a foreign Country ( Civil War ) This is a foreign invasion.

The A E A was passed with 3 other Acts. 2 have since been repealed but the insurrection act remains. SCOTUS recently in the CO Ballot removal case made it clear Congress has to pass legislation regarding insurrection and CO cannot just remove DJT.

I have been studying and posting about this for 4 years now.

I mean no disrespect. This is coming. DJT is telling the entire Country at every rally. It is important for people to know the process.

DJT says he will indemnify State and local police for this action. This alone should be a light bult switching on for you. Presidents don't have that power unless they use war powers.
