So Q team, I have a question. I know someone who is in their early 20's who got a ballot even though from what I understand they have never registered. On top of that, for what it's worth, they also got some cheapo form letter thing saying thanks for registering. As I said, from what I understand, they have never registered. I told them to save the docs. What should I do? Something smells fishy about it to me.

The only reason I bring it up is because I wonder if they are using "new" voters to pad their numbers. Hoping that younger voters won't vote and/or notice their "ballots" are being used even when a person never actually registered.
