I have lived in Latin America for a long time, or been travelling in and through many different Latin American countries, for years.
The universal agreement is that Trump was better for all the people in Latin America, and that Biden has destroyed most of their ambitions and impoverished many of their people.
They are not single issue individuals who are concerned with mass migration to the States -while some countries have their internal issues ( Venezuela for example ) that has led to mass migration, the hard working individuals of most countries who are not migrating, have to face the problems that Biden created. They cannot import, they are losing tourism due to US inflation, they suffer the prejudice of the effects of the migration, they have lost education opportunity for their best and brightest in the states because those monies go to criminals and the individuals who are not deserving, they have lost business opportunity due to immigration problems, many of which are United States created -for example the US requires migration to be allowed in countries that would otherwise say no (El Salvador was the sole hold out and refuses to allow migration) and force the already struggling country to borne the costs of border to border transport, feeding, housing, in Panama they shut down the Darien Gap on their own only for Biden to demand they reopen the camp and continue the operations with less assistance than before.
Universally, Latin American countries want Trump over Cracklehead Harris. He was heavy handed, but his policies helped not just the United States but all countries. Trump negotiated the end of FARC who was terrorizing Colombia displacing millions, and now FARC is making a come back -there are hundreds of thousands "internally displaced" Colombians who are fleeing their centuries old homes to other areas of Colombia due to fears of Harris winning and the rumblings of FARC making a come back. Trump held the narco murders in check and, for better or worse, limited them to killing each other in Mexico, now the narco murders are killing nearly a thousand individuals and corruption runs rampant foe the last 4 years. Trump told Belize and Guatemala to settle their land / border beef and got them into the International Court, now even with the case pending, they are on the verge of killing each other again (something that is laughable given the lack of resources Belize has). Trump was on a path to lifting sanctions against Cuba in exchange for their concessions which would have given Cuba an opportunity to make a peaceful, vibrant, economy for their people, but Biden stopped that and they are suffering from an entire 100% electrical grid blackout that has last days, in which time crime has increased, hospitals have no power for patients, and people are fleeing. Panama canal was handed over and them poorly managed, losing billions or revenue generation and causing extreme backlog where cargo could not pass.
Latin Americans know they were better off without Trump, and they are begging for his reelection.

And the people of Venezuela who are suffering under Maduro are praying for Trump to win, knowing that like we did with Panama's Former President Noreaga, we could do with Venezuela and liberate them from their narco-dictator.
The non-criminal migrants from Venezuela that I have met, and I have met many as they land in every country between Colombia and the United States, want to return home as soon as possible, but can't due to Maduro.
Biden is allowing one of the biggest narco terrorists to operate his Cartel with no consequences. Trump, many Venezuelans know, will end his reign of terror and restore a level of peace, if not outright topple and imprison him.

In Belize, a place I know well, Biden installed DEI Ambassador Michelle Kwan, who is incredibly stupid, poorly managing the embassy (so much that they are constantly auctioning off their vehicles, and office supplies, in order to make up for their budget shortfalls) while giving away millions and millions of your tax dollars to unvetted narco affiliates like Chester Williams' Police Department (they donate the police vehicles -of which 6 in the last 3 months have been involved in total loss accidents due to the poorly trained drivers running them rampant), she gave StatComp equipment and licensing (hundreds of thousands of dollars) only for the department to manipulate the stats, she gave computers, uniforms, and more, only for the uniforms to be stolen by a High ranking cop and then given to criminals to use to burglarize scores of people (one female high ranking officer was just arrested 2 days ago for stealing uniforms and equipment using them in burglaries), she gave Chester money and equipment only for him and his people to break the equipment…
The people of Belize hate Chester, unanimously, yet, he lives in a gilded home, smuggles vehicles from the states (to have an all cash business to cover his extracurricular activities), makes his critics disappear, including arresting his own brother 6 times for posts on Facebook critical of his corruption.
Latin America does not want Biden, they were better off with Trump and they know it.
Funny story, an Oregon far-left progressive came to Belize while I was there, and asked for the far-left bullshit, vegan food, abortion (punishable by life in prison in Belize), etc. and thought they were going to start a movement because the government is far-left, but the people hate the government. She was quickly ran out by the people. Tomorrow, I'd be welcome back to Belize with no problems, if the government changed, that's the difference. She got ran out by the people. Latin Americans are conservatives, family values, Christians, who will sacrifice and love their neighbors before themselves (exceptions of course for criminals), and they want Trump to win.
You can vote communism in, but they are themselves seeing the same effects we have seen with Biden. They voted the progressives, and are suffering as a result, Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia, Panama, Mexico, Belize, all are tired of "progressives". They, like us in the States, have suffered the consequences of their mistake to vote in liberal progressive communists.
