The fiercely independent investigative news source Consortium News has been taken offline following what its editor has said is a major hack following a series of data breaches.

"Our web host has confirmed seven recent data breaches and now it appears that our site has been totally replaced. We have been hacked," the website announced on X, saying that it is working to restore the site. WikiLeaks also confirmed that the website has been completely removed, and current and archived historic articles are no longer accessible at this time.

BRICS Just Dropped A Manifesto For The New World Order

For the first time, the group’s unified vision of the current state of the international system is set out in detail.

The Declaration is a voluminous document containing 134 paragraphs, some of which are quite long. The statement adopted at the previous summit in Johannesburg in August 2023, contained only 94 paragraphs, and a document, adopted in Beijing in July 2022 had 75. Thus, year by year the outcome has become increasingly detailed and, as it is now customary to say, substantive, reflecting the gradual increase in the intensity of the group’s engagement and the broadening of the substantive scope of its multilateral cooperation.

The Kazan Declaration consists of a preamble and four sections dealing with:

(1) strengthening multilateralism,

(2) global and regional security,

(3) financial and economic cooperation, and

(4) humanitarian exchanges.

This division seems reasonable and in line with the priorities of the Russian chairmanship announced a year ago.

For the first time in BRICS’ history, the Declaration sets out in detail the group’s shared vision of the current state of the international system, the common or overlapping approaches to the fundamental global problems of our time and to acute regional crises, and the contours of a desirable and achievable world order as the members of the group currently see it. While the document does not provide specific timetables for individual tasks or roadmaps for specific areas of work, it does cover a number of key objectives that the group should or could pursue over the next few years. It is clear that the document is the product not only of the Summit itself, but also of a great deal of hard work by an army of experts, officials and diplomats at various levels in multilateral formats over the past few months.

The multilateral negotiation of the final text of a document of such length and importance is in itself a non-trivial task, especially as the text had to be negotiated not in the old format of the five BRICS members, but with the involvement of new members who had no previous experience of such work. One can only guess at the amount of work that went into the 43 pages of the final document.

Woman Identified in Luzerne County Dumped Pile of Applications on the Last Day of Registration – Was Same Woman Who Ran Out of Paper Ballots in 2022 Election

On Friday, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, city officials announced that they were investigating a massive fraudulent voter registration operation investigation involving thousands of fraudulent voter registrations.

During their press conference on Friday morning, the officials announced that the investigation would likely expand to include at least two neighboring counties.

Lancaster officials also announced that two ballot registration groups were involved in the scandal. These groups were not mentioned by name during the press conference.

A county attorney urged the Secretary of State’s office to warn other Pennsylvania counties to be on alert for fake registrations.

One Lancaster County attorney blasted Pennsylvania Secretary of State Al Schmidt, a Trump-hating RINO, for playing politics following the discovery instead of assisting the county.

Several of the registrations included the same handwriting. Most of the registrations were not signed by the people who were listed on the registration.

It appears this was not an isolated incident.

Russian glide bomb obliterates Ukrainian headquarters – MOD (VIDEO)

A single strike targeted high-rise building where command staff were positioned in Volchansk, Kharkov Region, officials have said

Russian warplanes have obliterated a Ukrainian-held building in the border Kharkov Region where a number of officers were posted, the Defense Ministry in Moscow announced on Monday, releasing video footage of the strike.

The ministry said in a statement that its forces had destroyed a Ukrainian temporary deployment point near the town of Volchansk, which is about six miles from the Russian border. The area around the town has been the scene of fierce fighting since Russia launched its offensive in Kharkov Region to establish a ‘cordon sanitaire’ to protect civilians from repeated shelling.

Officials said that “a powerful blow to the enemy” was delivered after Russian warplanes received target coordinates from reconnaissance and used a glide bomb to attack the facility.

Israeli troops withdrew from the hospital on Saturday after detaining staff members and killing the director's son

Israeli forces pulled out of the area after a siege on the hospital that lasted over 20 days. Israeli tanks fired on the hospital before troops stormed the facility and detained dozens of staff members and some patients.

“We were surrounded from all sides. There was shooting from all directions with bombs and mortars,” said Mayssoun Alian, a nurse at Kamal Adwan.

Medics said at least two children died in the Intensive Care Unit on Friday after Israeli fire hit generators and oxygen tanks at the hospital. The Israeli attack also killed the son of Dr. Hussam Abu Safia, the hospital’s director.

“Everything we built, they have burned. They have burned our hearts. They killed my son,” Abu Safia said.

Israeli Strikes Have Killed 164 Health Workers in Lebanon

Lebanon's Health Ministry has recorded 58 Israeli attacks on hospitals

The Sahel General Hospital in Haret Hreik, which is just south of Beirut, was recently forced to evacuate over Israeli claims that a stash of Hezbollah money and gold was stored in a bunker under the hospital. Journalists who were given access to the hospital found no evidence of the claim.

Abiad said that Israeli strikes have also targeted 158 ambulances, 57 fire trucks, and 15 rescue vehicles. He said the bodies of eight first responders who were killed in an attack on ambulances two weeks ago have not been recovered.

According to the latest numbers from Lebanon’s Health Ministry, at least 2,672 people have been killed and 12,468 have been wounded by Israel’s bombing campaign since last October. The majority have been killed since Israel significantly escalated its attack on Lebanon on September 23.

After the financial scandal involving the wife of Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, a leading male member of a small party in the coalition – a party who defends feminism, no less – is under investigation after being accused of sexual abuse.

Inigo Errejon, of leftist platform Sumar, suddenly resigned his MP mandate in a severe blow to the fragile coalition.

Errejon posted on X on Thursday that he was leaving politics.

“On Tuesday, an anonymous account on social media had accused a ‘well-known Madrid-based politician’ of ‘psychological abuse’, ‘gaslighting’ and ‘humiliating sex practices’.

After Errejon announced his resignation, actress and TV presenter Elisa Mouliaa wrote on X: ‘I’m a victim of sexual abuse by Inigo Errejon and want to denounce it’.”

A police complaint has been filed against Errejon, according to Interior Ministry sources.

“Errejon’s X post did not refer to the allegations. He explained that his decision to resign was motivated in part by the fact that life in the public eye had led to a ‘toxic subjectivity that patriarchy multiplies in the case of men’.”

That Sumar party, which champions feminism, has lost support lately, to the point where its leader, Deputy Prime Minister Yolanda Diaz, had to step aside from leadership back in June.

Errejon, is a leading figure in Spanish politics after he co-founding the far-left ‘Podemos’ party before forming the splinter party ‘Mas Pais’, part of the ‘Sumar’ alliance.

“Sumar said it had opened an investigation after several X users named him under the anonymous account shared by journalist Cristina Fallaras, who later said he was the subject of the allegations.

Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez on Thursday expressed support for women who suffer abuse but stressed that he still trusted Diaz and Sumar, ‘which has done and is doing a lot for women’s progress’.”

The opposition People’s Party took the opportunity to demand that Diaz clarify when she became aware of the allegations against Errejon, who was being primed to become her successor in the Sumar leadership.

Report: Human Rights Violations Found Within Electric Vehicle Mineral Supply Chain

Anew study has been released claiming that there are human rights violations occurring in the supply chain process that provides materials for electric vehicles in the United states.

As Just The News reports, the report released by Amnesty International is titled “Recharge for Rights.” The study focuses on human rights violations that have been committed in the name of mining and trading the minerals that are necessary to power up electric vehicles (EVs). These include child labor, slavery, forced evictions, and health impacts from pollution.

“The human rights abuses tied to the extraction of energy transition minerals are alarming and pervasive and the industry’s response is sorely lacking” said Agnès Callamard, Secretary General of Amnesty International, in a statement.

Amnesty International noted that all EV manufacturers are complicit in this process, although American companies such as Tesla did the most to respect human rights during their manufacturing process; the company with the highest score in preserving human rights is Mercedes-Benz. Meanwhile, the worst offenders included Chinese automakers BYD and Greely Auto, Japanese companies Mitsubishi and Nissan, and the South Korean brand Hyundai.

The report follows a similar report issued last month by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) titled “List of Goods Produced by Child Labor or Forced Labor,” which documents the human rights violations in the processes of mining such materials as cobalt, lithium, nickel, and other minerals.

A major reason for the human rights violations in these mining processes is the host countries that are the richest in such materials. Many of the materials necessary for EV manufacturing are found in China, which has very few laws on human rights. By employing slave labor and child labor, as well as ignoring environmental regulations, China can keep the cost of producing such minerals relatively low for maximum profit when selling them.

Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee have agreed to pay $113,000 to settle a Federal Election Commission investigation into whether they violated campaign finance law by misreporting spending on research that eventually became the infamous Steele dossier.

That’s according to documents sent Tuesday to the Coolidge Reagan Foundation, which had filed an administrative complaint in 2018 accusing the Democrats of misreporting payments made to a law firm during the 2016 campaign to obscure the spending.

The Clinton campaign hired Perkins Coie, which then hired Fusion GPS, a research and intelligence firm, to conduct opposition research on Republican candidate Donald Trump’s ties to Russia. But on FEC forms, the Clinton campaign classified the spending as legal services.

“By intentionally obscuring their payments through Perkins Coie and failing to publicly disclose the true purpose of those payments,” the campaign and DNC “were able to avoid publicly reporting on their statutorily required FEC disclosure forms the fact that they were paying Fusion GPS to perform opposition research on Trump with the intent of influencing the outcome of the 2016 presidential election,” the initial complaint had read.

New Zealand: New FOI data shows 188% in deaths of children after the rollout of the covid “vaccine”

Newly received data in response to a Freedom of Information Act request shows a 188% rise in the 3-month mortality risk among the 12-19 age group following mRNA vaccination and an 83% rise in the 20-30 age group.

New Zealand’s Freedom of Information Act equivalent is the Official Information Act (“OIA”). As it relates to New Zealand, Dr. Guy Hatchard’s article below references OIA.

An OIA HNZ00064867 released 22 October 2024 under freedom of information by Health New Zealand lists the number of people in 2021 and 2022 who died within 93 days (3 months) of receiving a Pfizer mRNA covid-19 vaccine, broken down by age.

During this 2021/22 period, some 12 million doses of covid-19 vaccines were administered to the New Zealand population of 5 million. Official figures have already revealed that all-cause mortality rose in 2021 in tandem with the covid-19 vaccination program despite the absence of covid-19 infection and flu which was mostly due to New Zealand border closures.

In 2022 New Zealand all-cause deaths were 38,574 (7.4 deaths/1000 population) and in 2019 they were 34,260 (6.9 deaths/1000 population). This is an increase of 7.8%. This figure is concerning and we have previously discussed the implications at length.

The newly released OIA data allows us to find out if the excess mortality rate of any age bracket has been disproportionately affected in the 3 months following covid-19 vaccination during 2021 and 2022.

Some background information:

There are 552,000 teenagers in the 12-19 age bracket. 58% of this group were vaccinated during 2021/22

There are 687,000 people aged 20-30 in New Zealand. 78% of this group were vaccinated during 2021/22.

Very few of either age group received booster shots during the time period.

The OIA reported there were 67 deaths recorded within 93 days of covid-19 vaccination in the 12-19 age bracket for 2021/22

There were 166 deaths recorded within 93 days of covid-19 vaccination in the 20-30 age bracket for 2021/22.

1st and 2nd shots were recommended to be given at a 21-day interval.

Allowing for the vaccination coverage rate, over the two-year period the 12-19 age group as a whole were within 93 days of a covid-19 vaccination for just 9% of the time. Yet their 3-month deaths (67) accounted for 26% of the total number of deaths (254) in their age bracket over the two-year period. An increased mortality risk of 188%

The 20-30 age group as a whole were within 93 days of a covid-19 vaccination for 12% of the time over the 2 years. Yet their 3-month deaths (166) accounted for 22% of the total number of deaths (762) in their age bracket over the two-year period. That is an increased mortality risk of 83%.

The other age brackets covered by the OIA (30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and 71+) had a 3-month mortality risk relatively close to the elevated all-cause mortality risk for the period. None of these age groups had a disproportionately elevated mortality risk, merely the already mentioned excess death rate.
