I removed you from the equation and tested your theory by using examples of two neighbors. Here it is again:
I will give it to you another way. If a neighbor kills another neighbors child in a heinous and gross way, are we to love that neighbor as ourself and not prosecute them. And like Jesus, who said if someone slaps you on the fact turn the other cheek, should that victim's parent give that criminal their other child?
Should we have 'mercy' on the criminal or should we prosecute and/or execute them?
