Attempting to use words: People create 'logic structures' in an attempt to interface with external powers, to extent their reach and increase their influence. These rigid structures are essentially infinitely small pockets of artificial order, created within an infinitely large electrical arc. They are capable of persisting only so long as the points within the arc which they interface with remain constant. The arc does not, however, actually remain constant. In order to compensate for this people form a perimeter between the two, compensating for the shifting arcs with their own judgment.

Now this brings us to the problem we have today: Those who have remained isolated deep within the artificial order which was created appear to have forgotten that their world is, in fact, artificial. This, combined with the rapid proliferation of devices designed to expand their logic structures, has resulted in an attempt to force all the people of the world inside of a singular solid state logic structure. If this attempt is successful, there will no longer be anyone who can serve as an interface between the artificial world and the real one, and the logic structure will be rapidly annihilated by the shifting arcs.

We invited literally the entire world to participate in our society via the Internet, and teaching everyone English, without bothering to ask if they actually wanted to be a part of it in the first place. The combined pressure from such a vast number of bad actors all working in concert is overwhelming our social systems, and even worse actors with specific and deliberate goals take advantage of the discord.
