The $212 Billion Dollar Food Ingredient Poisoning Your Brain
In 1865, people ate zero processed vegetable and seed oils, but in modern times, people eat 80 grams a day, or close to a pound of vegetable oils per week. Vegetable oils are now a $212 billion industry. In 1980, guidelines for Americans swapped out animal fats like butter and lard for vegetable and seed oils. Certain seafood contains fat that may increase brain size and IQ. Prior to the introduction of vegetable and seed oils into the American diet, heart attacks were rare. In 1948, the makers of Crisco, a cotton seed oil product, gave the American Heart Association $1.7 million and the AHA recommended replacing animal-derived fats in the diet.

Anneke Lucas, a Survivor of Satanic Ritual Abuse, Reveals the Power Structure
Anneke Lucas was born in Belgium, where her mother sold her into a sex trafficking network linked to Marc Dutroux in 1969 when she was 6 years old. She was released at age 11 following a near death experience. She says that many people with great wealth, influence and power are Satanists who were abused themselves and they were trained to perpetuate the cycle of abuse. She said that she was involved with Paul Vanden Boeynants who was the Minister of National Defense in Belgium in 1972 when she was with him, and he also held office as the Prime Minister of Belgium for two terms.
Anneke said that she was trained to be a sex slave and to was also trained to spy on other powerful people for her handlers. She reveals a disturbing account of being forced to kill a young child, and she said that she did it because if she had refused, the victim would have suffered more. She believes that elite rulers were abused when they were young and they use sex with children to release their own trauma. She added that those in power make the whole world suffer because they have not healed from their unresolved trauma. She says the power structure must be changed because it only exists to protect the perpetrators.
Anneke stated that judging and mocking others are the tools of Satanists to divide people. She reiterated that people need to instead focus on perpetrators in power to stop the aggressive domination over the masses. She created the ‘Unconditional Model’ that can be used to help victims and perpetrators heal from their trauma. She has led a yoga program for prisoners in New York since 2011.

Los Angeles: A bus was set on fire, shops were looted by organized thieves, and fireworks thrown at police in scenes of lawlessness and “absolute chaos” in downtown LA following the Dodgers’ historic World Series win over the New York Yankees.
