I can speak to Georgia
It is against the state laws to record inside a voting "area".
It is also against the law to wear any campaign gear or slogan clothing - as it's considered 'campaigning' even though you are a citizen and not affiliated with a campaign.

Atlanta – Thursday, October 31st marked the seventeenth day of Early Voting for the November 5th Presidential Election. On Thursday, Georgia voters exceeded 50% statewide turnout among active voters, with 3,653,333 Georgians having cast ballots, 3,426,851 of those voting early.
Towns County lead Georgia with 68.9%, followed by Oconee (65.29%), Rabun (63.97%), Dawson (63.88%), Forsyth (63.04%), Union (62.97%), Fayette (62.73%), and Greene (62.23%).
