I've noticed a recent trend in job applications regarding ethnicity. It's often a two part question:

Part 1 - Are you Hispanic/Latino or Other

Part 2 - Contains non-Hispanic options including White

I have to wonder if this means that White people are now a minority, which raises the question why are White people demonized for being in the majority. Seems a little hypocritical.
