This will take away homeowners access to their land and will leave them homeless. They already have a 40 ft right of way they dont. Need hundreds of feet. Something is wrong here.

They need pro bono legal representation now

The county and state was too much of a coward to file in eastern TN courts and to serve these ppl in person. They only have 30 days to respond. None of them know yet even.

How would you call the local mayor and county commission and express disagreement with taking peoples land and ability to have their home built back and not be homeless.

So many family's will be affected by this not just farm land or unused land.

This is outrageous
