#3 is the big one.
It’s either legal ( all the way) or not. I live in FL and voted no for this reason. Don’t need govt regulations on weed-anymore than overseeing DUIs/driving and operating machinery. Too much regulation otherwise.
Truckers don’t need to be driving under the influence.
There was a story a week or two ago ( England , I think) about a pharmacy selling prescription drugs that were “drugs pressed” to look like the real thing.
Now that’s scary! Cant have pharmacies selling actual ( bad) drugs
