One of POTUS' most profound statements after the Helsinki summit, IMHO, was his thoughts about nuclear proliferation between USA and Russia.
His statement that 90% of ALL nuclear warheads belongs to USA and Russia is what I believe he is trying to tackle next (along with the cessation of selling fissile materials to bad actor nation).
If Russia and USA can diplomatically get along, the threat of war decreases and peace will increase.
