I believe this is referring to Iran as per the last few decades using F18 landing times. Missile Missile Fox 3 splash would be f18 language for when they’re firing ordinance. Fox 1, Fox 2, and Fox 3 denote which type of missile is being fired.

It can also mean a flight of 3 planes, Fox 1 2 and 3 but only 1 flew in today.
