EVIDENCE: Remote access to voting machines in Irving Twp, MI and Beaver Creek, MI confirmed. Remote connections used to update machine firmware DURING an election. Incidents occurred in same municipalities where clerks warned of remote access prior to election in lawsuit calling for an injunction upon their usage. Lawsuit reconsideration has been filed in light of new evidence indicating that what the clerks warned would happen, actually did happen.

Updated filing submitted to MI Court of Claims today under Case 24-000181-MB.
