Cedric Richmond, Harris-Walz campaign co-chair, announced 2024 Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris would not deliver remarks from her campaign's election night event from Howard University in Washington, DC. He said the vice president wanted to wait until all states' results were called and that she planned to deliver remarks on Wednesday evening
