Most likely the Hillary video, like the "AK-47" photo of Obama, were disinformation used to put the bad guys on edge or to try to do so.

Hillary Clinton has not for a second acted like someone who has an incriminating video floating around, and it would have been in President Trump's interest to have that video come out months ago when it could have done some good PR wise by changing the public narrative.

As it stands, if any video comes out now it will be "proven" a fake because for the past 3 months we have been inundated with stories about the new technology that can be used to fake any type of video.
