Throwing money at it only treats the symptoms, not the disease. The entire healthcare system needs to be overhauled before we can see lower rates. Its a structural problem.
It's like trying to solve higher education affordability by increasing student loan availability. All it does is drive price inflation. You need to destroy the cost structure of college first - I'm talking about all those tenured professors, bullshit classes, unneeded buildings, and patent giveaways.
