EO doesn't trump the rule of law. An assassination attempt empowers the EO through Rule of Law. Assassination attempt or conspiracy labels all associates as unlawful enemy combatants with ties to a foreign government (that's the trick) because they are US citizens and federal government officials. Tie them to AM and FBI texts and Memo and we have treason and conspiracy to commit treason.
