Regarding this latest executive order…

So if an American was found to be materially supporting a terrorist organization… like say, for example, a certain former Secretary of State had been secretly selling arms to Al-Qaeda in Libya… or say a certain former President had given billions of dollars to terrorist organizations via Iran… would that mean that they could be classified as “unlawful enemy combatants,” part of a terrorist organization outlined under the AUMF, and thus lawfully transferrred to Gitmo?

Call me crazy, but I’m pretty sure that’s what they’re getting at here.
