Fox News producer's 'oh Lord' hot mic comment after Trump victory declared
Fox News has broadcast an awkward hot mic moment where a producer appeared to express feelings about Elon Musk gaining political power live on air.
The accidental commentary came as host Bret Baier was providing late-night analysis just after 2am eastern time.
Fox News had said former President Donald Trump was on track to be the winner and began talking about what this means for America's power structure.
'You know, the question is, what the Republican Party looks like now,' Baier said. 'It's a multiracial party, to your point, it's working class, and maybe it's the future. I mean, it's Elon Musk. It is Joe Rogan and podcasts.'
A voice can be heard muttering'oh Lord'when Baier mentions Musk's name.

VICTORY!
โ In a historic victory for the American people, President Trump just won a resounding mandate for commonsense. And indeed, โmandateโ and โcommonsenseโ are the operative words. With a massive victory in both the popular vote and the electoral college, the American people spoke loudly and clearly. They want:
โข To lower prices and restore the American Dream
โข A trade policy that puts American workers first.
โข Tax relief for working families.
โข To unleash American energy.
โข Peace through strength.
โข A secure border.
โข To rid our streets of illegal alien criminal gangs.
โข To support law enforcement.
And the list goes on. Americans want to Make America Strong, Secure, Healthy, Wealthy, and Great Again โ and they gave President Trump the historic mandate to do just that.

Video: Americans React to Election Results
Americans across the country have reacted to Donald Trump's astounding political comeback and revealed where they think Kamala Harris went wrong.
Trump, 78, pulled off a remarkable victory in the 2024 presidential election, defeating Vice President Kamala Harris in the key swing states of North Carolina, Georgia and Pennsylvania.
Meanwhile, the vice president is on track to receive the worst Electoral College result of any Democrat since 1988 once all the votes are counted.
Many voters have since expressed their relief at the result on Wednesday, claiming Harris and the Democrats do not know what the American people really want.
