You get an embassy
You get a consulate
You don't get a historic site.

The more I reflect on the Q op (as I'll call it)
The more I'm convinced "alien" disclosure is an equally important part of the whole thing.
We can't quite get to a 1to1 conversation (and may never); but we had to commence cleanup ops to even begin the alien part of the conversation.
