Yes, it's real… but it's not what it seems. The National Popular Vote thing is a Democrat initiative and designed to get a Democrat to the White House if they're behind in the public vote and these Green states will help guarantee them victory.
The NPV website lays it all out… and just look at the parasites on their advisory board. Eric Holder has slithered his way out of the sewer to land there, as has that crazy-eyed thing from Colorado.
