the story I heard was that they had selected certain fear mongering trolls who were going to be fish bowled so tht they would THINK that all of that was happening, head to their bolt holes, and hide out down there, being fed a false news feed that would validate the dementia of thinking what you are thinking.
those people would go and hide and the rest of the world would enter the golden age.
