voting is not a right nor should it be for anyone. It is a privilege and something needs to be given in order to receive this so called right. Men are forced into the draft, women carry no such responsibility. Getting the benefit with out that for anyone man or woman is getting people into trouble. The ideals set forth that way they are invested in the choices and it is not just another vote like american idol for them. Votes should not be based upon genitalia.

you need to work it backwards and not just take the carpet out from under them make them want to have that and show them the benefits of it vs just saying it.
