His investigation takes a closer look at GEMS tabulation software, a Diebold product, and leads him to Memphis, TN programmer, Bennie Smith. Smith demonstrates how the GEMS financial software can easily and quickly alter results of any election. Also, Smith clearly makes the case that computers, software and electronic tabulators used to count votes can be used to alter any election result.
The remedy? Remove all computers, software and electronic tabulators from the election process and return to hand-counted, paper ballots cast at the county level under full citizen supervision and oversight.
