I ported Gems from Solaris Unix to Windows when I consulted at JP Morgan in the 1990's. if this software can alter election software it is only because it had to be programmed with that in mind. I guess no one here really programs because there are infinite variables to consider when connecting heterogenous systems due to the language that they are programmed in, the data types that they support, the security frameworks that they employ, the types of payloads they transport. This is just misinformation, there is no software that can do that period. If they could interrogate a system and operate as a functional operator then they would own the whole world of software. This is one big pile of BS.
