The presidential election was called early Saturday in Nevada, where President-elect Trump picked up 50.7% of the vote to Vice President Harris' 47.4%, flipping the state that backed President Biden in 2020.

Why it matters:The win puts Trump, having already secured the popular vote and 301 electoral votes by the Associated Press' count, one state away from sweeping all seven swing states and punctuating a devastating blow to Democrats.

Zoom in:The race still hasn't been called in Arizona, where Trump is leading as of early Saturday.

Democratic incumbent Sen. Jacky Rosenwon in the Nevada race called early Saturday. She earned 47.8% of the vote and bested Republican Sam Brown, who earned 46.4%.

State of play:Nevada is one of three swing states so far where voters backed Trump for president but supported Senate Democrats, the other two being Wisconsin and Michigan.

• Arizona Democrat Ruben Gallego is leading against Republican Kari Lake, 49.5% to 48.4% with 81.6% of the vote reported.
