Why is POTUS now telegraphing his moves?

POTUS has been vocal even after the election, especially in his 1st amendment video to dismantle and imprison those media and government connections that influencce dis and mis information
one would think they would shore up their "democracy" to prevent this, but POTUS is loud about his intentions.
it makes me wonder if their hands are tied to prevent what POTUS can and will do?
Just don't call it revenge or retribution . . .
