was trying to explain to some fren irl that i thought voting could never be valid and authentic unless individuals put their true identity with their vote (openly), but fren was hung up on the idea that their vote needed to be secrete to prevent intimidation. I think voter should declare publically, take credit OR blame for their Democracy.

J-walking is risky and dangerous and annoying to drivers… but it is NOT legitimately against the Constitution nor does it infringe upon the BoR to walk across the street at any location.
However, plenty of LEOs have handed out plenty of Citations for Breaking Rules Upheld By Courts And Clerks and Fines Payed under Code and Statute that a Law was broken for crossing the street outside Designated lines painted on the ground.
