Stephen Richer - the Maricopa County recorder in charge of elections has admitted under oath that he intended to make an Arizona Republican candidate for U.S. Senator's (Kari Lake's) life "Hell," appeared (from AZ) at a California State Bar court disbarment proceeding - and testified against - John Eastman, a renowned Constitutional scholar - experienced in appearances and arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court on Constitutional matters, and one of Donald Trump's former lawyers, and sued Kari Lake and others for defamation (over past election statements).

If reports are true, nore than 140,000 of Arizona ballots indicate a vote for PDJT and, in the same ballot, a vote for the Democrat opponent of Kari Lake.

That is counter-intuitive because if Lake's Democrat opponent wins, the Republican senators' lead in the U.S. Senate is lessened by one, which could make PDJT's ability to get confirmations of Cabinet and judicial appointments more difficult and could stall and hamstring legislation necessary to secure the border and drain the swamp (in a way that cannot be overturned by Executive Orders of a future President).

_______

[At the CA disbarment hearing] as [Richer] began testifying about his confidence regarding Dominion voting machine tabulators,Eastman’s attorney Randy Miller expressed his concern to the SBC disciplinary Judge Yvette Roland that she was allowing the SBC’s witnesses like Richer to present one side but not allowing Eastman’s witnesses to testify on the same topic. He said it was “quite prejudicial,” only “getting half the story.” Roland did not change her mind.

2021-

"Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer, a Republican who has been very public with his opinion that there was no voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election, has formed a PAC to support Republican candidates who also believe there was no voter fraud. Called Pro-Democracy Republicans of Arizona, the only interview he appears to have given about it is to the far left Arizona Mirror.

… In his Open Letter to Maricopa County, he stated, “I will run the Recorder’s Office in an objective, non-partisan manner.”…

"When The Sun Times asked him about his alleged history of being a Democrat, he responded, “I don’t think I was ever a Democrat.” In 2008, Richer participated in a debate over gay marriage at the University of Chicago representing the student Democratic club. He explained, “I was a libertarian who supported gay marriage (the topic of the debate), and I wanted to champion that side. And because I liked a girl who was part of the UC Democrats.”

"The Sun Times asked him if he is connected to The Lincoln Project and he said no."

"Lake was nicknamed “Trump in heels” by the mainstream media, and frequently campaigned with him, so many are questioning why Gallego massively outperformed Harris yet Lake massively underperformed Trump. By Saturday afternoon, Trump had 140,934 more votes than Lake.

Almost every race and ballot proposition in Maricopa County and much of the state favored Republicans,

….

"Many are questioning why Richer, who was soundly defeated in the Republican primary for reelection by election integrity stalwart legislator Justin Heap, didn’t recuse himself from overseeing the election considering his hostility towards Lake.

"Funded by the left-leaning Protect Democracy Project, Richer sued Lake for defamation for stating that he intentionally sabotaged the [past] election, including by inserting 300,000 ballots. Those ballots lacked a chain of custody, a class 2 misdemeanor, but the county strenuously fought litigation efforts to allow Lake to inspect the ballot affidavit envelopes and other requests from her and voter integrity groups related to the election anomalies.

"The Gateway Pundit obtained transcripts from Richer’s trial deposition, and released hostile statements he made about Lake. Richer said he wanted to “make life hell for Kari Lake.” The outlet also reported that he sent a text message stating that he was “anti-MAGA.”

"Richer deleted his personal X account immediately after the election. He started a PAC for GOP fraud deniers shortly after taking office. He announced earlier this year, while running in the GOP primary, that he was voting for Biden.
