Wrong.
From my perspective as a Britanon. Q has mobiliesed a great swathe of the American population to become interested in poitics and make the effort to independently discover who is running their country and for waht purpose - personal enrichment or for the benefit of the American people.
If you can't see that major effect of Q then you have missed the primary purpose of Q - to mobilise the people and wake them up from their sleepy compacency and get them to re-engage with the political process: government OF the people, BY the people, FOR the people - something that most of America had completely forgotten.
