easy nine out of ten

suggest to average LEO that their Badge itself is Color of Law, watch how fast they huff puff that "you don't know what your talking about". Most LEOs today have been trained to nearly snap in your face if you dare to suggest that their occupation itself is actually against the actual [true] law.

ya yaโ€ฆ i know how much Trump loves the Blue. Maybe Trump really believes the world would fall apart without LEOs and sparkle badges. Trump has probably had a lot of good interaction (and protection) from lots of fun and decent guys who also happen to wear Uniform. And, ya, America is unlikely to EVER deeply deal with the issue of so many Rules and Statutes that are outside the actual Law. I know. America may become great again in respect to productivity, and innovation and safe and not so much War making.

But it would take some serious head shrinking on a national or even GLOBAL scale to help people back out of such (unfortunate) dependence that people have grown for "Law Enforcement" conducted ONLY by people in costumes. Time will tell.

for me, i can't say that i am opposed to some Central thing. There is an economy of scale and focal point of "IO" for "what's going on". But for "Government", it just would be nice if there was some kind of constitution that limited the temptation for Central to become overbearing and oppressive. But yaโ€ฆ i hear what ur sayn. its a hard habit for common people to break from the dependence that Government loves for those same people to feel.

intentional or otherwise

what ur saying touches on the Adhesion Contract idea. The simple liability vs asset calculation. Don't SignIn to Their paper cage, thus no more liability for all their fine print Rules.
