Civil Liberties apply to US Citizens via the constitution. Attempting to legally challenge the deportation of people who have illegally entered the country (upholding current US law) will be laughed out of court.
1) Entering the country illegally is a crime, and deportation is standard procedure.
2) Non-citizens aren't guaranteed "civil liberties".

1) Trump gives illegals a chance to report for deportation of 30 to 45 days.
2) Illegals who remain past this period without reporting are declared ''Enemy Combatants'' to the USA. Therefore, anyone who gives aid to them is committing TREASON. Prosecute ALL who give aid to them with TREASON.
