The Russian payment system "Mir" was officially connected to the Iranian Shetab on Monday, now Iranian citizens will be able to withdraw funds from their cards in Russian ATMs in rubles, the Iranian news agency Tasnim reports.
At the same time, Russian citizens will be able to withdraw cash in Iran from Russian bank cards in the second stage of this project, and in the third stage, Iranian Shetab cards can be used in Russian stores.
