That would be my play.
Tell the illegals if they go back home on their own, or at least turn themselves in for deportation, they still are eligible to apply to come in legally, IF they get approved. (Behind people who didn't cross the border illegally.) If we have to find them, arrest them, and deport them, they are banned, and their children are banned for life!!!
DNA samples would be taken to prove who gets to come back legally (if approved) or is permanently banned.
It's not like she needs a tour or an orientation seminar. Melania knows how to be a stellar first lady, because, unlike the harpy, she WAS a STELLAR FIRST LADY!!!
