This has already been posted a a couple times. The general consensus is of skepticism.

1) There is little chance that anyone beyond a handful of people would be made aware of it. This would be kept super hush hush.

2) It would not be admissible in court. There would be no point in Putin giving us this info or Trump accepting it with the political risk that would come wit hit.

The point of Notables is to provide someone who wasn't here with Cliff-notes of whatever was interesting. It's not necessarily a distillate of the best research. I scan the notables list when I come on so I don't have to read thousand of posts. I'm find with anything the captures the spirit of the discussion, even if it's crap.

They could be on dimmers. But then whoever did it would notice 20% of the way down their mistake and correct it.
