if we have house but no senate = delays

if we have senate but no house = delays

if we have house senate and president = fast track

choice belongs to Voters

inform Voters so they can vote wisely

dif Voters require dif tactics, some can never understand

work with the ones who care about America enough to try to understand and skip the ones too lost; time is short
