Trump is so used to not engaging in real conversations with people and having to shout them down and talk over them he just has no ability to turn it off. You can tell how much Rogan hates that shit from any guest, and he responds by doing the same back to the guest. It took those two like half the show to calm the fuck down and realize they weren't enemies and didn't have to talk over each other.
Anyway, people always fantasize about getting "the truth" about aliens from the government or military. What a stupid fantasy. They don't know anything.
