Looks like Bill Browder grew up indoctrinated in communism. His Grand daddy, Earl Browder, was influential in pioneering communism in the USA, and served as I believe the first president of the Communist Party. His Grandma is Russian. She and Earl met in Russia. Earl, American born, was in Russian on account of being invited by the Russians to better his techniques at turning America Red. Bill explains as much in this video here. He starts off his speech with it, no need to fast forward.
