I keep hearing that from the left too. One commentator on NBC said that it was started by internet trolls, and then perpetuated by Russian bots.
They are in full panic mode, and trying to co-opt this to buy them some last minute votes. November is their last hope.
To be fair, Sean Hannity has been using that term for quite a long time, and he just had a private interview with POTUS.
