Government does not make or earn any money. All of their funding Comes from taxes on the American people.
Trump is proposing to increase tariffs for use in government funding instead of taxing the American people. Once Elon and Vivek have completed their slicing and dicing in DOGE,, then the tariffs looks promising. I’m pretty sure they will balance the books once it’s all set and done.
