anon's observations about DJT talking about significant elections in 129 years.
129 years ago Grover Cleveland won his second term after losing reelection to Harrison.
Cleveland sided with corrupt ILGovernor to use the army to quell the railroad riots in the Pullman Strike. Most subjects associated with the behavior of the Government and Pulman were later said to be unconstitutional by SCOTUS.
129 12.9 in Law Of War Manual is about capitulation terms or total or partial surrender.
Matt Gaetz resigned his seat in 118th with an expected troublesome confirmation process. Rep. Massie says " We have recess He's AG, suck it up" to a reporter. ( that is present tense not future)
Speaker Johnson says the reason he resigned early was to get special election process started. Wouldn't the same apply to Rep. Walz? Why didn't he resign too? This contradiction makes no sense.
DJT has said 11/5 was Liberation Day. If occupation was used in literal sense, the capitulation agreement could have (and would have) insisted that DJT took control of DOJ and all law enforcement ASAP. This could explain why Biden is still appearing semi in control. Biden insisted he will be taking this trip to Peru and Brasil a few days after he capitulated the election.
It makes no sense Gaetz would surrender his seat now when the House has a slim or no margin and a budget to be passed before Dec 20. Makes more sense that he had to resign because can't hold 2 seats in Government
