MSNBC was losing their minds on Gaetz being chosen. The said "he's not even a Constitutional Atty, Trump could pick others qualified like Mark Paoletta or Mike Davis, they are both Constitutional lawyers to be AG.

Mike Davis said weeks ago, Garland is not even running the DOJ, its Lisa Monaco Deputy Director AG.

So if they refuse to confirm Gaetz, Trump can appoint Paoletta or Davis as AG and the could appoint Gaetz as Deputy Director AG, and it will be the same outcome. Maybe even better with both Davis and Gaetz, or Paoletta and Gaetz, or 3 together. They have all been fighting the DS as much as Gaetz.
