This is YUGE! The federal regulations were being used to drive small and regional banks into the grasp of bigger banks. The bogus "stress tests" were a malicious tool to destroy competition and force consolidation. My small local bank has been forcibly bought out 5 times in recent years as the bank regulators, working to achieve FED policy, destroyed their independence.
Just like the NWO, the central bankers want to control it all.
