WASHINGTON – Following the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's decision on the dated ballot requirement, RNC Chairman Michael Whatley released the following statement:
"This is another big win for election integrity and Pennsylvania voters. For the fifth time, we have successfully defended the state's dated ballot requirement. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court upheld the law, and the dated ballot requirement will be in effect for this election. Democrats have repeatedly tried to eliminate this important ballot safeguard, and we have stopped them each time. We are committed to protecting critical ballot safeguards to ensure every ballot is cast and counted properly and will continue to fight across Pennsylvania to Protect the Vote."

RNC Fights Illegal Ballot Counting in Pennsylvania

WASHINGTON - The RNC has filed yet another lawsuit in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to defend the dated ballot requirement, a critical election integrity safeguard, and to stop radical Democrats from counting illegal ballots as Bob Casey tries to steal the election.
RNC Chairman Michael Whatley stated: “Dave McCormick won this election and is already participating in Senate orientation meetings. Meanwhile, Democrat officials and scam lawyers are aiding and abetting Bob Casey’s shameful attempts to steal back a Senate seat which he lost decisively. The RNC is filing a motion in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to ensure that Pennsylvania’s democratic process is not undermined by the inclusion of illegal ballots in the final vote count. Pennsylvanians are ready to move forward with Dave McCormick representing them in the Senate as Bob Casey torches whatever legacy he had with these anti-democratic schemes.”
Background:
• Less than two weeks ago, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court upheld the dated ballot requirement for this election.
• But Democratic officials in some counties are now attempting to count undated and incorrectly dated ballots, blatantly defying the law.

Donald Trump hosted a star-studded Mar-a-Lago bash Thursday night with guests such as under-fire attorney general nominee Matt Gaetz and Rocky Balboa himself, Sylvester Stallone.
The president-elect gave a speech at the America First Policy Conference, which has gathered the stars of the conservative movement at his posh Palm Beach, Florida resort the past couple of days.
Stallone introduced Trump as a 'mythical character' and said guests were in the presence of the 'second George Washington.'
Trump then spoke directly to Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, and asked him to pass a bill that would let him start his term early.
'Things are happening to our country that we didn't see happening for years,' he said, claiming the developments were due to his election win. 'Almost every single day we set new records in the stock market.'
The president-elect then made his proposal to Speaker Johnson.
'Mr. Speaker, I think it's important maybe you should pass a bill. You have to start my term from November 5… because the market's gone through the roof, enthusiasm has doubled,' Trump declared.
